Q1

North Street Properties received a 6-year tax abatement from the city of Manchester, NH. We also received approval on the Dunlap Building from ZBA and our 2nd approval through the RSA 79-E Program. Unfortunately, the deal metrics for the Dunlap Building were not feasible due to the building infrastructure and window line on the North facing wall.


Q2

North Street Properties acquires 25-27 Lowell St in Manchester, NH. Formally known as the Wellington Trade Center, the vacant five story, 61,920 s/f office building in downtown Manchester, NH will be repositioned into a 76-unit apartment community. Construction started in May 2024 and scheduled for completion by Summer 2025.


Q3

Derek Lawton, had the opportunity to join the panel at the Greater Manchester Chamber - NH ACCESS Conference, for a discussion titled "Anything But Run of the Mill." Highlighting why Manchester is an attractive location for investment now and into the future. Also, highlighting North Street Properties downtown redevelopment of 76 units at 25 Lowell Street. Moderated by Mayor Jay Ruais, this discussion provided insights into the thriving economic development Manchester is experiencing and how the city is embracing its growth.


Q4

North Street Properties & Lansing Melbourne Group finalized a partnership agreement for two development projects in southern New Hampshire. Each project is through a Master Development Agreement with local towns/cities. North Street Properties will serve as the Project Lead for Abbott Court in Derry, NH, which is a 120+ unit development project with a 300-car parking garage. Construction of the parking garage is scheduled for the summer of 2025.
